INITIAL CALL

We discuss your requirements in more detail, for example how many rooms you need help with, what your are trying to achieve and what design ideas or preferences you have.  I run though the Package options available to you.

QUOTE

Following our conversation I provide you with a Briefing Document and an appropriate Fee Proposal for my services, based on the package you would like and the number of rooms to be addressed.  Assuming you are happy with my proposal you sign the Letter of Engagement, pay your fee and I get to work!

VIDEO WALK-THROUGH

We schedule in a video meeting where you ‘walk’ me through the spaces as we run through, in more detail your requirements.

I will ask you to provide some photos or video walk through details. This can be from your phone – its doesn’t need to be perfect! I will also ask you to provide me with detailed room dimensions.  Don’t worry, I have a checklist to help you do this.

DESIGN PACKAGE

I produce the layout, image board, product / material list and any other details depending on which package you have chosen.  This is then delivered to you remotely, with any samples posted snail-mail to be looked at alongside the scheme.

REVIEW MEETING

If you have chosen the Intermediate or Advanced Package we then have a meeting to review my proposals and I can answer any other questions you may have.

FINAL MEETING

If you have chosen the Advanced Package this meeting is where I would present any additions or alterations required or where we would talk though any detailed furniture or joinery designs or any other aspect of my schemes.  Following this meeting, if you require me to procure the items on your behalf this is when I would address this.  We would discuss the pricing of this in more detail at this point.
